RENTAL AGREEMENT By confirming a reservation through a booking platform or direct booking, Guest agrees to be bound by this Agreement and House Rules. 1. PROPERTY & TERM The rental term begins at check-in (after 3:00 PM) and ends at check-out (by 11:00 AM) on the dates confirmed through the booking platform or booking channel. 2. OCCUPANCY Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests listed on the booking reservation. No parties, events, or unregistered visitors are permitted. 3. PAYMENT & FEES All payments and fees are processed through the booking platform or as otherwise agreed. Guest authorizes Host to seek reimbursement for damages beyond normal wear and tear. 4. USE OF PROPERTY The Property is provided for temporary residential lodging only. Guest agrees to exercise reasonable care and to promptly notify Host of any damage, safety concern, or issue. 5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK The Property includes features such as stairs, decks, docks, waterfront lake access, hot tub, sauna, and outdoor areas. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times near the water. Guest acknowledges that use of the Property and its amenities is entirely at Guest’s own risk and agrees to follow all posted instructions and House Rules. 6. HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION (NEW YORK) To the fullest extent permitted under New York law, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cherry Blossom Lake House, the property owner(s), Host, and their agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from Guest’s stay, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. 7. SEPTIC SYSTEM The Property uses a sensitive septic system. Only provided toilet paper may be flushed. Guest is responsible for any damage caused by misuse. 8. SECURITY CAMERAS For the safety and security of guests and the Property, exterior security cameras are installed. Cameras are located outdoors only, such as at entry points and driveway areas. There are no cameras inside the home. Tampering with or disabling any security device is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund. 9. QUIET ENJOYMENT The Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Excessive or disruptive noise at any time is not permitted. 10. PETS Pets are permitted only with prior written approval and must comply with the House Rules. Pets may not be left unattended. Guest is responsible for all pet-related damage, odors, or excessive cleaning. 11. SMOKING Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the Property, including near open doors or windows. 12. TERMINATION Violation of this Agreement or the House Rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. 13. RIGHT OF ENTRY Host reserves the right to enter the Property in the event of an emergency, safety concern or suspected violation of this Agreement. 14. LOCAL LAW COMPLIANCE Guest agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and county laws, ordinances and regulations. Any fines or penalties resulting from Guest’s conduct are the responsibility of the Guest. 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Host’s total liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for the stay. 16. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is found enforceable, the remaining provision shall remain in effect.
